Job Description

  • Generate new business for corporate loans through outbound callings.
  • Understand the needs of the potential customers and recommend suitable products for them.
  • Ensure that the assigned daily and monthly targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that all sales procedures are accurately documented and resolve any discrepancies in the client acquisition cycle, starting from the onboarding of new SME borrowers up to the initial loan disbursement. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team as required.
  • Comply with all relevant AML/KYC requirements.
  • Basic salary with attractive incentives provided

Job Requirements

  • An outgoing, energetic, and proactive personality with good communication skills
  • Good communication skills in English and a second language
  • Able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Call Centre and handling of inbound and outbound calls would be an advantage
