What is the eligibility criteria?

Please note that we only finance ACRA-registered private limited companies (sole proprietors excluded) that have been in operations for at least 2 years. The loan approval outcome will depend on the assessment of our credit and risk teams.

Is there a cap on the invoice value for BNPL?

Each company may finance a total of up to SGD 10,000 in invoices. The minimum amount is SGD 1,000 per invoice. Loan amount, interest rates and disbursement fee for any finance or loan request may vary and is subject to assessment by Validus Capital.

What documents are required to apply for BNPL?

Simply submit the following documents:

Invoice(s) from Constellar
Proof of Identity (NRIC/Passport)
Proof of Address (e.g. most recent utility bill or bank statement)

If your BNPL application is approved, you’ll then have to submit the signed Board Resolution and Loan Agreement pre-disbursal.

How do I apply? What is the process?
