Do I need to update my contact details with Validus?
If you are an existing Validus customer, we will continue to correspond with you via the contact details that we have on record.
If you are not a Validus customer yet, we will correspond with you via the contact details that Citibank has on record. Alternatively, you can email the following details to

To ensure that you receive all relevant information, it is important that you check that your contact details are kept up to date.
What will happen to my outstanding loans with Citibank?
Your outstanding loans from your CitiBusiness account will be carried over to Validus with similar terms & conditions.
How can I make loan repayments after the transfer?

Do I need to update my GIRO arrangements?
If you currently pay your Citibank bills via GIRO, you will have to set up new GIRO arrangements to make payments to Validus after the transfer date.
Download the GIRO application form via validus.sg/giro and mail the completed form to us by 30 April 2022:

How do I access my account information after this?
After the transfer date, you may access your new account(s) via platform.validus.sg
If you are an existing Validus customer with log in access, please log in after the transfer date to view your new account(s).
If you are not an existing Validus customer and do not have log in access, you will receive a separate letter with more details about your new account(s).
As a part of Validus’ acquisition of Citibank’s CitiBusiness Unsecured Business Loans (“UBL”) portfolio in Singapore, Validus SMEs’ Terms & Conditions shall apply and the receivables of your loans will be assigned to the finance party Santorini Capital Management Pte. Ltd.
