Job Responsibilities

  • Rigorously examine data and derive insights from it
  • Apply analytics in all aspects of the business – risk, marketing, partnerships, process etc
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Identify and query data sources like SQL, NoSQL, APIs to get the required data
  • Clean and transform data into required structure and form
  • Setup automated data processing pipelines to prepare scheduled standard reports and ad-hoc operational reports
  • Create dashboards using data visualisation tools like PowerBI/Tableau
  • Communicate insights from reports across business lines to executives and employees

Marketing Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand overall marketing strategy and assist cross-functional Marketing team in building and managing marketing programs and campaigns based on best practices
  • Participate in marketing automation project planning and implementation
  • End-to-end campaign set up and management for marketing programs deployed via marketing automation platform, including set up testing and post-campaign reporting

Investor Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact of the team to incumbent and prospective HNW and Institutional Investor
  • Oversee business development and investor sales from end to end:        o Grow and foster our investor client base by working both independently and with team members, to
    direct new client prospecting and develop lead generation and client acquisition strategies
    o Drive the usage of technology and interact across Validus teams to continuously enhance processes
    o Manage conversion and liaise with back-office teams for onboarding of new clients
  • Guide ongoing servicing efforts for existing clients, including but not limited to:                                                                                                                o Performance and investment portfolio updates
    o Company updates and frequent engagement to understand client investment needs or concerns
    o Outreach to inform clients of new investment opportunities, with a strong knowledge of the Validus product suite
    o Adhere to MAS and Validus standards, upholding the highest quality of servicing to ensure a top-class client experience
  • Manage and enhance the investor portfolio dashboards both for client holding reporting needs and for aggregate portfolio analytics and review

Client Servicing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets
  • Utilise the Validus client engagement technology tools to ensure completion and tracking of calls to existing clients within the first seven business days of every month
  • Grow overall portfolio size by up-selling and cross-selling across Validus products & services
  • Identify existing client opportunities to promote loan disbursements, conduct meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and manage existing clients account and loan level contracts
  • Build and grow positive and long-lasting relationships within existing clients organisations at the decision maker and administrator levels to minimise any potential delays in document submission and approval
  • Proactively track activity and engagement level of existing clients, identify issues that may impact future business from the client and work closely with relevant departments to resolve these issues in a timely manner
